By chance YouTube showed me a movie about the production of iaitos in Japan. I emphasize this because a large part of the production has certainly gone abroad. Here you can see Iaitos made with great precision by the company Minosaka (although the occupational safety is rather weak, but, oh well). This manufacturer of martial arts equipment produces in Gifu Prefecture, the traditional place for knife and sword production ⚔ This must be particularly good in addition to original Japanese craftsmanship.
